REGISTRATION FEES: A registration fee of £30 per child is required yearly at the time of registration. This applies to all programs at NCD. Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

CLASS FEES: Instalments are are due on the 26th of every month. Fee payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Tuition covers a guaranteed minimum 30 classes per year which are scheduled between (September –July). Your tuition payments will be the same every month and do not change. NCD classes run on a monthly basis and not per class. Payments will be made over 10 instalments for the season. When we are closed for the half term holiday’s this time has already been taken into account as a week or weeks outside of the 30 lessons you have paid for and will receive. Any student starting after the listed start date will have their first month’s payment prorated and will only pay for the number of classes that are remaining in the year.

ANNUAL DANCE SHOW AND COSTUME FEES: If you have signed up to the annual show, your show fees will be charged on 1st February. Once rehearsals have started and costumes bought there will be no refund given.

CLASS TIMES AND DAYS: NCD reserves the right to change class times, days, and teachers. These changes are due to the fact that we cannot guarantee full enrolment. We need a minimum of 5 students to run a class. If for any reason your selected class is not available we will offer you an alternative age appropriate class.

DANCE EXAMS: All students (ages 5+) registered in NATD Street Dance class will be invited to participate in an examination with their class. We will  ensure that all our students are well prepared for the examination process.  This is a wonderful opportunity for each student to receive feedback from another professional. All exam material is taught in class. Upon completion each student will receive an individual adjudication sheet as well as a certificate of completion or a medal, depending on the grade being studied. If you are choosing not to participate in examinations this must be provided in writing. However your child can still learn the syllabus with the class. Exam fees will be charged on registration of exam.

WITHDRAWAL FROM CLASSES: All withdrawals must be done in writing with four weeks notice by sending an email to requesting the withdrawal link. Your withdrawal will not be official until we receive this form back. We have two withdrawal dates per season. October 15th and February 1st

If you decide to withdraw from NCD once show rehearsals have started and costumes have been brought, any show fees paid will be non refundable. 

CLASS UNIFORM: Each class has a specific dress code. It is the responsibility of the student/parent to obtain and adhere to the correct uniform throughout the year. All uniform orders are made through Students waiting for uniform to arrive should wear comfy clothing and the correct footwear for each class.   When purchasing your uniform please check that you have the correct uniform. You can do this via our website under your chosen class Once you have selected the correct uniform make sure you select delivery as the company is not local and you can not collect.

ABSENCES: Irregular attendance can negatively impact students progress and regular attendance is encouraged. No compensation is provided for missed lessons. No missed lessons will receive in-person make-up lessons.

CODE OF ETHICS: All NCD staff, students and their parents are to be treated with respect. Any rude or malicious communication whether via email, phone or in person will not be tolerated. We want to ensure all questions, concerns, and suggestions are properly addressed and would be happy to discuss all of the above in a calm respectful manner. Due to our open-door policy and encouragement for open discussion in a respectful manner, no criticism or negativity towards our staff, the studio or other families whether in person, online or otherwise will be tolerated. Failure to provide a respectful studio environment may result in removal from NCD.

STUDIO CORRESPONDENCE: I agree to take responsibility to ensure all correspondence sent out by the studio is received. I understand that I will not be refunded for changes that occur to my account due to missing a deadline. I understand that the studio is a “paperless” office and all information can be found on the customer portal and reminders via classmanager email or through the email address you have provided.
