NCD YOUTH DANCE classes are based at St.Bernadette School London Colney AL2 1NL
9 – 9.35 am – Mini Crew 5 + years (this class is a fun movement and games class for the little ones)
9.45 – 10.20 am – Maxi Crew 6-8 years
10.30 – 11.25 am – Beats Crew 8-12 years
11.30 – 12.30 pm – Stree Crew invitation only
12.30 – 1.30 pm – Elite Crew Invitation only

GYMNASTICS – EVERY THURSDAY TERM TIME (we do not offer free trials in gymnastics)
NCD GYMNASTIC classes are based at St.Bernadette School London Colney AL2 1NL
4.15 – 5pm Complete beginners. No experience in gym at all
5 – 5.45pm Your child should have some previous experience in gymnastics or been with us previously
5.45 – 6.30pm This class is for more advanced children
WE DO NOT OFFER FREE TRIAL SESSIONS IN GYMNASTICS
NCD CLASSES ARE NOT JUST RUN BY AGE BUT ALSO ON THE CHILDS ABILITY. IF WE THINK YOUR CHILD HAS POTENTIAL TO DO MORE THEN WE WILL MOVE THEM INTO A GROUP ACCORDING TO THEIR ABILITY NOT JUST THEIR AGE
